Every question we get askedAnyone who sleeps. Older parents, because the scan reads the support a spine needs now, not what felt fine twenty years ago. Children, because the pillow scan finds a height that keeps a small neck straight. Anyone with a back issue, because pressure and alignment are the two things it measures. And couples, because each of you is read separately.
Mattresses start at S$599 for a Sync I single and run to S$7,288 for an AI Pro XII king, so the honest answer is that it depends on the model and the size. A boxed mattress is one good surface built the same for everybody. If you sleep well now and you and your partner want the same feel, that may be all you need, and we would rather say so than sell past it. The fitting is free either way, and it tells you which model actually fits you.
Sync mattresses, Pro mattresses, the Elevate bases, most toppers and every pillow are in stock. The AI Pro and Air mattresses, the SyncBase and the ThermoTop AI are built to order in six to eight weeks, and a reservation holds your production slot.
An instalment plan for in-stock products is being confirmed, and it will appear here and at checkout once it is. Until then, pay by card at checkout or at the showroom.
That is what the showroom is for, and why we scan you before you choose. The time you spend on the bed is what protects you: stay on it as long as you want, and bring whoever you share it with. If it still is not right, talk to us. For in-stock products a comfort-exchange window is being confirmed and will be published here. For made-to-order beds we look at a different firmness or configuration, an exchange or store credit, assessed case by case. An approved return of a product that is not faulty carries an S$80 transport and S$50 sanitation fee. A genuine defect is different, and costs you nothing.
CasAI delivers and installs your mattress and smart base, and pairs the app on site. Any visible damage, missing items or wrong products are put right if you tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
Yes. Like-for-like disposal is free during delivery: one old item of the same type for each item purchased. Extra items, items of a different type, or furniture that needs dismantling may carry a charge, which we quote before delivery. Everything has to be accessible and ready for removal.
Walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead guarantees a consultant and a trial bed are reserved just for you.
