Mattresses

AI Pro

The bed that does the work: air chambers that read you and adjust all night.

Foam holds one shape for ten years. Springs hold one shape for ten years. An AI Pro reads the body lying on it and changes underneath, chamber by chamber, all night, without waking you. Two models: six chambers or twelve.

AI Pro VI

Six air chambers, three a side, that read you and adjust all night.

From S$4,688Built to order, 6 to 8 weeks

The XII splits each half into six zones, shoulders to legs, and runs on remote, app or fully automatic. The VI does the same job on six chambers with manual control and the app. Both read left and right separately.

What it does

Eight things happen while you are asleep.

  1. 01

    Independent air chambers

Your hips want firm and your shoulder wants soft, and a normal mattress gives you one or the other.

Separate air chambers run the length of the mattress and each one inflates or deflates on its own, so the bed can be firm under your hips and soft under your shoulder at the same moment. Twelve on the AI Pro XII, six on the AI Pro VI, eight on the AirPro.

  2. 02

    Air-pressure sensing

You do not want to strap anything on to be measured.

The air itself is the sensor. Pressure in each chamber changes as you move, and the system reads those changes as posture and weight. No wearable, no strap, nothing to charge.

Night sequence, 01:15, the turn, she lies on her side.

  3. 03

    It adapts by itself

You turn over a dozen times a night and the bed under you never changes.

The system adjusts the chambers to what it reads, all night, and the left and right halves are controlled separately. Your side is set for you. Their side is set for them.

Night sequence, 01:15, the turn, she lies on her side.

  4. 04

    Anti-snore

Someone in the bed is awake at 3am and it is not the one snoring.

When the snoring pattern starts, the head end of that side lifts a few degrees to open the airway. It usually happens before either of you wakes.

Night sequence, 03:02, anti-snore, she lies on her side, his head end lifted 8 degrees while her side stays flat.

  5. 05

    Settling sequence

You lie down tired and your body takes twenty minutes to stop fidgeting.

For the first twenty minutes the mattress runs a slow settling sequence, taking your shape point by point, then stops and leaves you alone.

  6. 06

    Float mode

Your shoulder and hip carry the weight all night and you feel it by morning.

Pressure comes off the contact points until the bed stops pushing back at you. It is the closest a mattress gets to holding you without touching.

Night sequence, 05:48, float, she lies on her side, his head end lifted 8 degrees while her side stays flat, contact pressure at its lowest.

  7. 07

    Body-clock alarm

An alarm at a fixed time drags you out of the deepest part of the night.

The mattress wakes you from underneath, at a light point in your cycle inside the window you set, rather than at a fixed time with a noise.

  8. 08

    Sleep reports

You want to know how you actually slept, not an average from a wrist.

Reports are built from your nights on your mattress, not from other people and not from a wearable. The left and right halves are read separately, so a couple gets two.

Every one of these runs on its own, overnight, without being asked. You can override any of them. The pump runs under 40 decibels.
