What the fitting stores

When you have a fitting, the trial bed and pillow scan record measurements of your body, not images of it. They are the readings you see on the screen: sleeping position and how much of the night you spend in it, pressure points, spine alignment, body profile and pillow height.

We keep those readings with your name and contact number so that a mattress you order can be set to them and so that you can come back to them. You keep a copy of your fitting results whether you buy or not.

What a CasAI mattress stores

An AI Pro mattress reads air pressure in its chambers to work out posture and movement. It does not use a camera, a microphone or a wearable.

What this website stores

When you book a fitting or write to us, we collect your name, contact number, email address and the product you are interested in, plus the messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or this site.

Google Analytics 4 records page views and the actions listed below, with IP addresses anonymised. Meta Pixel, when it is enabled, records the same actions for advertising measurement.

The actions measured are: booking a fitting, starting and completing a reservation, adding to the cart, completing a purchase, and tapping the WhatsApp or phone links.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Payments and deposits are taken on a page hosted by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. The booking calendar is provided by To confirm: booking provider under its own privacy terms.

Why we collect it

To arrange and confirm your showroom visit, to set a mattress to your fitting results, to deliver and install what you bought, to answer your questions, and, only with your consent, to tell you about CasAI products and offers.

How it is protected

Your data is stored on access-controlled systems, is never sold, and is shared only with the service platforms needed to run bookings, messaging and payment.

Conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram also exist inside Meta's platforms under Meta's own terms. We keep our copy protected on our side.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent at any time. You may also ask us to delete your fitting results and your contact details.
