This website

The CasAI Sleep Studio website presents our products, lets you book a fitting, lets you buy in-stock products online, and lets you reserve a made-to-order bed with a deposit.

Bookings

A fitting booking is a reservation of time, free of charge. If you cannot make it, tell us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will rearrange it.

Buying online

In-stock products can be bought on this site. Payment is taken on a page hosted by Stripe. An order is accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed by CasAI, and the order confirmation states the products, the estimated delivery date and the amount paid.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include delivery and installation in Singapore. Where a price on this site has not yet been confirmed, it is shown as such and the product cannot be bought until it is.

Reserving a made-to-order bed

The AI Pro and Air ranges and any made-to-order base are built to order and take six to eight weeks. A deposit holds a production slot. The deposit amount is To confirm: deposit amount.

The deposit is refundable in full if the fitting says the bed is wrong for you. Otherwise it counts toward the price, and the balance is settled before delivery. Cancellation after production starts is covered on the warranty and returns page.

Product information

We keep specifications accurate and current, and correct anything we discover to be wrong. Displayed products are subject to showroom availability. Every price on this site comes from the same list the showroom uses.

Warranty and returns

The warranty and returns policy at /warranty-and-returns forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The CasAI name, logo and the content of this site belong to CasAI Sleep Studio Pte Ltd and may not be reused without permission. The photographs and films on this site are generated illustrations of the products and of typical scenes; the people in them are models, not customers or staff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
