Hot sleepers
I wake up at 3am with the duvet on the floor.
You kick the duvet off at two and pull it back at four.
The bedroom is 28 degrees and the mattress holds heat like a stone.
Every foam mattress you have tried made it worse.

What answers it
Independent air chambers
Separate air chambers run the length of the mattress and each one inflates or deflates on its own, so the bed can be firm under your hips and soft under your shoulder at the same moment. Twelve on the AI Pro XII, six on the AI Pro VI, eight on the AirPro.
On the AI Pro XII, and the AI Pro VI.
Night sequence, 01:15, the turn, she lies on her side.
The duvet on the floor
Singapore does this to everyone. The room is 28 degrees at midnight, the air-con is fighting the humidity, and by two the duvet is on the floor and by four you are cold enough to go looking for it. A mattress can make this worse. A thick block of foam stores the heat your body puts into it and gives it back all night, which is why so many hot sleepers say the bed felt fine in the showroom and hot at home.
We are not going to tell you a mattress solves the climate. Here is what a CasAI bed does and does not do about heat, so you can decide with the facts.
What it does not do
No CasAI mattress cools the room or the bed. The AI Pro XII adjusts support. It does not run cold. If a salesperson anywhere tells you a mattress will keep you cool in a Singapore bedroom without air-con, they are selling you the word cool.
The ThermoTop AI topper is water-heated, with temperature control. Whether it cools as well as warms is a question we are confirming with the factory, and until we have the answer in writing this page will not claim it.
What it does do
Two things, both small and both real.
The first is contact. Heat builds where your body is pressed hardest into the surface, and for a side sleeper that is the shoulder and the hip. Float mode on the AI Pro XII takes pressure off those points: the twelve chambers, six a side, ease under the peaks and firm elsewhere, so the load spreads and less of you is pressed into the bed. Less pressed skin is less trapped heat. It is not air-conditioning. It is the difference between lying on a surface and being held by it.
The second is movement. Hot sleepers turn more, and every turn on a fixed mattress is a search for a cooler, more comfortable position that lasts a few minutes. Because the chambers adjust to each turn without waking you, the turns get shorter and rarer, and you spend more of the night asleep rather than rearranging yourself.
The AI Pro VI does the same on six chambers. Neither one cools. Both hold you with less pressure than a slab does. If the budget says Sync, ask about it at the fitting. It is a spring mattress rather than a foam block, which is a fair question to put to it on a hot night, and the fitting will tell you whether a fixed feel suits you at all.
What actually helps
Air-con at 25 rather than 22, because the body sleeps better a little warm than fighting cold air. Cotton or linen sheets rather than polyester. A duvet you can kick off without regret, which is most of them. And a mattress that is not storing your heat and pushing back at you, which is the part we can measure.
What the fitting checks
The scan measures pressure distribution, spine alignment and body proportions. For a hot sleeper who turns often, the useful reading is how the pressure map changes between your side and your back, because that tells us how much of the night your body is spending searching for a position. It also finds the pillow height that keeps your neck straight. A wrong pillow is one more reason to keep turning, and one more place heat gathers.
You then lie on the bed the readings point to for as long as you like, in a showroom that is, admittedly, air-conditioned. Ask us about heat directly. We will tell you what we know and what we are still confirming, and you keep your fitting results either way.
